To book and hold your selected dates, we require a 20% deposit along with the booking form showing acceptance of the rental agreement. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
When you are ready to book, please email or fax (615-676-6810) the booking form and let us know how you'll be paying the deposit. We currently accept check and payment via PayPal. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal (you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service). There is a 3% fee for final payments made through PayPal. You can mail a check for the final payment to avoid this 3% fee.

The Short Term Rental Agreement details and outlines the terms and conditions guests agree to abide by when renting Hakuna Matata Villa. Completion and payment of deposits constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions.
Rather than keep and hold your money, we ask for credit card authorization upon booking for security deposit holding. If necessary, your credit card would be charged for damages/loss upon check out. This information details why your card might be charged upon departure.
